QuickBooks Setup & Training

Some claim that you can set up QuickBooks in a matter of minutes, however the reality is that setting things up correctly generally requires a solid understanding of both QuickBooks and Accounting principles.

Organized Finance can set up your QuickBooks file correctly from the start to suit your business needs.  This also includes complicated invoicing setups, designer template setups and Point of Sale setups.
We also think “Outside the Box!” Sometimes it will be necessary to find tools outside of QuickBooks to manage your money, budgets, forecasts and data.
We are familiar with third party technology that can be integrated within your QuickBooks file for industry specific needs.

Remote Bookkeeping Solution

Most of our clients prefer our remote bookkeeping service since it is a much more convenient and cost-effective alternative.  We will handle your financials without having to take up valuable office space and time at your location.  We work remotely from our office on your computer, depending on the online method you prefer from our options.  Financials are completed on your computer without the chance of lost data between backup and restoration.  If you don’t have a computer to access, don’t worry.  We can retain the file on our systems for you.

Organized Finance offers a Pricing Schedule designed to meet your service needs.  Depending on your requirements regarding regular bookkeeping service or special projects, we will determine your pricing at our first complimentary hour meeting.  Our customers generally save money without the overhead of a regular employee or the hourly rates of a CPA firm.

 
 
Regular Flat Service Rate:
For clients who are set up on a regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service, you will have a set rate based on your bookkeeping requirements. 
 

Hourly Rate:
For small projects or additional projects that have specific requirements or special needs.

 

Project Rate:
For New Client Setups, Client Reorganizations or Special Projects that require additional time and resources.

As Founder of Organized Finance, Krystal Ressler brings over 35 years of accounting and business expertise to her clients. She has a firm understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Much more than that, because she has been fortunate to work with such a diverse array of businesses, she has cultivated a rich cross-collaboration knowledge of strategies for success. Her clientele has included but not limited to: Retail Industry and setting up POS, Service, Manufacturing, Accounting (working with CPAs), Non-Profit, Architectural Firms, Engineer Firms, Legal Industry, Healthcare, Music Industry, Salons, Beauty Industry, Gyms, Contractors, Construction and Sole proprietors.

Growing up in Orange County, she had the unique opportunity to start her financial career within a family business. Over 12 years she honed her leadership, innovation and problem-solving skills. She became the Financial Controller and eventually the Vice President of the company. After the successful sale of the company, she identified the need for professional accounting services for the small business owner and began her business as a professional Financial Organizer.
